Methods of Assembly is an interior project studio, designing residential and commercial enviornments through the lens of timeless, romantic retro-futurism. Our spaces constitute a carefully reflected position of identity, history and textural narrative that draw inspiration from antiquity, contemporary art, music and film. We seek out close, collaborative relationships with Clients who are excited and driven by the design process. We value integrity, transparency and vulnerability as crucial tenants in the relationships with our partners.
The spaces we occupy are simultaneously points of departure and retreat. Spaces are not static by their very nature - the built world moves, expands, and contracts. Within these dynamics of perpetual change, we create a vision for a life, a fantasy, a dream. It’s the assembly, not its disparate parts, that define our material reality.
